Schwettmann Tech provides Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, consulting, customisation, integration, migration, training, and managed support services (collectively, "Services"). Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and acceptance criteria for any engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement executed between you and Schwettmann Tech.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. Acceptable Website Use

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), with proceedings conducted in Bangalore in the English language.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
