Leadership Team
Normen Schwettmann
Director, Schwettmann Group
Normen Schwettmann is a Group Director in our Osnabrück, Germany office. He is a leader in our Global Technology & Analytics Group and an expert in our Digital practice.
With more than 20 years of development, consulting experience, Normen has helped companies deliver lasting results, from growth strategies for small scale to large scale changes in large business houses.
Normen has worked with many leading companies in Manufacturing, retail, Oil & Gas and telecommunications to address transformation and technology issues. He is passionate about different technology to drive the change and transformation for better.
When he’s not working you can find Normen spending time with his three lovely daughters and family, reading novels and swimming.
Dillip Kumar Parida
Director, Schwettmann India
Dillip Parida is Director in our Technology and Services, and Implementation practices, based in Hyderabad, India. Dillip also specializes in large-scale transformations that require in-depth strategic and organizational changes, as well as significant change management and people management. He is passionate about CRM and Banking transformational service.
He is an IT professional with more than 15 years of experience, for Schwettmann Tech by day, and a Son, Father, husband, net surfer, cook and curious amateur photographer the rest of the time. His passion lies in capturing moments of life. He loves Wildlife and Candid Photography.
Dillip holds an MBA from the ICFAI Business School (India) and also holds engineering degree in Information Technology from Centurion University.
Sumanth Kumar Kusuma
Manager, Design and Architecture Team
Sumanth manages the architecture and design of D365 solutions and manages the design team. He’s worked on the D365 platform, accessibility, internationalization, performance, and many other parts of the solution. Sumanth has more than 10 years’ experience and implemented D365 implementations for different industries.
Sumanth holds engineering degree in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad.
Sumanth loves to spend time with family and friends. He also like to watch movies or web series in free time.
Sony Gunda
Manager, Solution and Implementation Team
Sony manages solution and implementation team. Prior to joining Schwettmann Technologies, she worked as a Senior Developer with Tech Mahindra and worked as a systems engineer with TCS.
She holds a degree in Computer science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad and Diploma in Computer Engineering from State Board of Technical Education and Training.
She successfully implemented Projects in various Domains like Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Banking. She played a major role as data migration specialist and implemented few end to end projects of data migration from Salesforce to CRM and legacy CRM to D365 CRM. She has expertise in .Net, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Functions, Typescript, Java script, plugins and code activity development.
In free time, she enjoys watching movies and playing with kid.
Anil Kumar Choudhury
Lead Test Consultant
Anil manages testing practice and quality process for Schwettmann Technologies. He completed his B. Tech from Presidency collage and having 11+ years of experience in software testing with different testing phases and involved in work estimation, work distribution, test planning, test execution and defect tracking.
Anil has Worked on different phase of STLC and Prepare Test Strategy, test plan and good experience in Functionality Testing, Regression Testing, Retesting, Usability Testing and System Testing. Anil has worked with different domain like health care, Insurance and Capital Market.
In the spare time he enjoys movie with family and spend time on financial literacy related topics.
Arif Asadullah
Development Consultant (Full Stack)
Arif is a Full Stack Software Engineer and part of our strategic web development projects. He holds Mechanical Engineering degree and a Master’s in Computer Science. He is an expert in Angular / React and has also worked on Express JS and Spring. He specializes in creating web apps for clients varies from small businesses to large enterprise corporations.
When Arif is not busy with code, he enjoys traveling, exploring different type food options, and traveling to new places.
Sindhoori Kusuma
Development Consultant
Sindhoori is a software engineer and holds B. Tech degree in Computer Science from Malla Reddy Engineering College. She also holds master’s in business administration from Vardhaman College of Engineering.
Previously, she worked as a software engineer at CTS. She strives to create elegant solutions to complex problems and has great experience in D365 CRM development. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading and listening to music.
Aakarsh
Full Stack Software Engineer
Aakarsh is a Full Stack Software Engineer and part of our strategic web development projects. He holds Mechanical Engineering degree from NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte. He is an expert in Angular / React and has also worked on MongoDB.
Priyanka Singh
Consultant (HR and Admin)
As the People person and HR, Priyanka oversees our people and talent functions. She is charged with attracting and recruiting all of the awesome people who work here, building and maintaining the company culture, and making Schwettmann a better place to Work.
She leads and oversees our HR and Admin functions. She holds bachelor’s degree and Priyanka loves to travel and fond of music.
